That’s why every morning we hydrate and Hand-Sieve our product the traditional way, like the Amazonian Native tribes were doing more than 500 years ago, because that’s how we like to eat it! This way it always smells fresh and tastes delicious!

Because this is OUR daily food too, we add no nasty preservatives, calcium propionate (commonly added to regular breads) or things we with confusing names. This is the only way to keep our tradition healthy and safe!
